5 DAYS TRAINING PROGRAM ON MILK PROCUREMENT AND TECHNICAL INPUTS

5 Days Training on 'Milk Procurement & Technical Inputs' was successfully organized for the Government Milk Supervisors of Dairy Development Department of Uttarakhand, from 11 to 15 September 2018 at our Training Institute, Dehradun. The main focus of the Training was on the working system of Dairy Cooperatives, which is based upon the famous Anand Pattern of Gujarat (AMUL). Various senior and experienced resource persons who have a vast knowledge in the fields of Dairy Cooperatives: Accounting: Veterinary Science and Management conducted the sessions. Participants were able to gain inputs about the formation and working of Milk Societies: about the Maintenance of Records and Cash Books: about the Techniques of Testing the Quality of Milk and the Techniques for raising the level of Milk Production: about the key steps for taking the good care of the animal's health and about the importance of Time Management and importance of an Effective Communication system respectively.
